The four cleaning rollers, both upper and lower, catch foreign objects that are difficult to remove with devices like static eliminators. No special installation work is required; simply plug it into an outlet, and you can use it immediately. The upper roller unit automatically moves up and down according to the thickness of the workpiece. The rollers do not use silicone, so there is no concern about siloxane contamination or ink repulsion. The rollers are made of soft rubber, so they will not damage the contact surfaces. You can choose the rubber's adhesive strength from white > blue > orange = light green (anti-static type). Foreign objects attached to the rollers can be repeatedly used by cleaning them with a dedicated cleaner. It is also possible to use a transfer roller unit (sold separately) for transferring. You can choose the length of the rollers from 120mm, 160mm, 240mm, or 340mm. It can accommodate workpieces up to 3mm thick.
